iam a african american women who works out 5xa week during cardio and wt traning what can or should i do to take care of my skin? i'm all so in my fifty's and menopausal so what can i do to increase lower tummy lost my instructor says because of age and having had a c-section i'll probably never lose it i also have a bad back which limits what i can do is there hope for me?.
